Open since 1999, we have seen many changes in the industry, but one thing has NOT and will NEVER change...we will always give God the Glory in all that we accomplish.
We are now in our fifteenth year of business and again - are amazed at the blessings. We joke about being "semi-retired" - we only work 60 hours a week now - not 80! Because of our successful internet business with our fabric selections and the fact that Debi does one-on-one lessons on all machines sold at Somewhere Sewing, we utilize our Monday and Tuesdays to take care of business behind the scenes and with customers by appointment.
Our current storefront hours are Thursday and Friday 9a-5p; Saturday 9a-3p. We are open by special appointment for machine maintenance on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Our extended hours resume April 1 through October 31, 2015 which include re-opening on Wednesdays 9a-5p.
We feature over 7,500 bolts of fabric, newest books, patterns and notions. We are authorized dealers and service technicians for top of the line sewing machines offered by Brother and Baby Lock.
Debi is a certified Quilt in a Day instructor and a licensed Martha Pullen Serger Instructor. Dennis has certifications from Janome, Brother and Baby Lock sewing machine training technician courses and offers classes on machine maintenance to guilds and retreats in our area.
Remember, If I'm Not Home, I'm Somewhere Sewing!
